AI Transparency

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Adwise integrates generative artificial intelligence technologies to provide you with analyses, answers and recommendations based on your advertising data. This page explains how AI works in Adwise, in accordance with the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (Regulation EU 2024/1689).

1. Adwise uses artificial intelligence

When you interact with Adwise, you are chatting with an assistant powered by large language models (LLMs). The responses you receive are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, not by a human.

2. How AI works in Adwise

Adwise connects your advertising accounts (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other compatible platforms) via OAuth authorizations that you grant.

When you ask a question, the process is as follows:

  • An AI orchestrator analyzes your query and identifies the relevant platforms.
  • Specialized AI analysts for each platform query your accounts in read-only mode via the official APIs.
  • The retrieved data is passed to the language model, which formulates a response in natural language.

3. Models and providers used

Adwise relies on language models provided by third parties, accessible via API. The model providers currently used include Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT), routed through the OpenRouter service.

The choice of model may change over time for reasons of performance, cost or quality. Model providers are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use.

4. Limitations of AI

Responses generated by Adwise are decision-support aids. They do not constitute certified professional advice. You should bear in mind that:

  • AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated responses.
  • Analyses depend on the quality and completeness of the data Adwise can access on your accounts.
  • Recommendations do not take into account the full context of your business.
  • Results should not be considered as performance guarantees.

5. Transparency in the interface

In accordance with Article 50 of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (Regulation EU 2024/1689, the "AI Act"), Adwise:

  • Clearly indicates in the interface that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.
  • Identifies responses as being AI-generated.
  • Mentions the source platform of the data used for each response.

6. Data and privacy

Your advertising account data is processed in real time to generate your responses. It is not stored beyond what is necessary for the operation of the service (conversation history).

Your data is never:

  • Used to train or improve AI models.
  • Shared with other users.
  • Sold to third parties.

7. Your rights

You can at any time:

  • Disconnect one or more platforms from your Adwise account.
  • Delete your conversation history.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Contact our team with any questions about the use of AI.

8. Regulatory classification

Under Regulation EU 2024/1689 (AI Act), Adwise is classified as a limited-risk AI system. It does not fall into any high-risk system category under Annex III of the regulation.

As the publisher, Levantys by Daviet is the "provider" of the Adwise AI system within the meaning of Article 3(3) of the regulation, and a "deployer" of the underlying foundation models within the meaning of Article 3(4).

The AI Act applies to Adwise by virtue of Article 2(1)(c) of the regulation, as the outputs of the system are used within the European Union.
