1. Data Controller

The data controller is Levantys by Daviet, a Swiss sole proprietorship, with its registered office at Bâtiment Alto, Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 9A, 1212 Grand-Lancy, Switzerland, registered under Swiss business identification number IDE CHE-393.841.690.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect the data necessary to operate the service:

• Account data: name, email address and authentication settings (including two-factor authentication).
• Connected platform data: when you link a third-party account via OAuth, we access the data permitted by the authorizations you grant (e.g. campaigns, statistics, audiences, keywords, conversions).
• Content you provide: chat messages, queries and files you upload for analysis.
• Technical and usage data: logs, device and browser type, and interactions with the application, to ensure security and improve the service.

3. Connecting Your Platforms (OAuth)

Connecting a platform is done via OAuth 2.0: you authenticate directly with the provider (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and we receive access tokens, without ever knowing your password.

Access and refresh tokens are stored securely and used only to access the data covered by the permissions you granted. You can revoke this access at any time, from within the application or from the provider's own security settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide, maintain and secure the service.
• Generate analyses, dashboards, reports and recommendations from your own marketing data.
• Communicate with you about your account and support.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

5. Artificial Intelligence Processing

To generate responses and analyses, relevant content (your messages and data from your connected platforms) may be sent to our infrastructure and artificial intelligence provider, Infomaniak, whose servers are located in Switzerland, for processing. This processing is performed solely to return a response to you within the application.

Your data is not used to train artificial intelligence models. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

6. Google API Services User Data (Limited Use)

AdWise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law; it is never used for advertising; and no humans read it, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or where required by law.

7. Google Permissions Requested

Depending on the platforms you connect, AdWise may request the following permissions, each used only for the described feature:

• Google Ads (adwords): read campaigns and their performance to generate analyses and reports.
• Google Analytics (analytics.readonly): read audience and traffic statistics (GA4).
• Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly): read search queries, clicks and positions.
• Google Tag Manager (tagmanager.readonly): read your container configuration.

8. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We never sell your personal data. Application hosting and artificial intelligence processing are provided by Infomaniak (Switzerland), which acts as a sub-processor, limited to what is necessary to provide the service and under confidentiality obligations.

We do not share your data with any other third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Platform access tokens are deleted when you disconnect the corresponding integration. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), two-factor authentication, secure token storage and restricted data access. As no system is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

Your data is hosted and processed in Switzerland, with our provider Infomaniak. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, recognizing a level of data protection equivalent to the GDPR. Data exchanged with the platforms you connect (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Meta) is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

12. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access, rectification and erasure.
• Right to restriction of and objection to processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); for European Union residents, the competent authority (in France, the CNIL).

13. Cookies

We only use cookies necessary for the operation and security of the service (for example to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising cookies.

14. Minors

AdWise is intended for professional use and is not designed for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy. In case of a significant change, we will notify you and update the last-updated date shown at the top of this page.
